The history
The history of the formation of the department "Management and agromarketing" begins in 1970 from the department of "Organization of agricultural production". The first heads of the department were Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Yakovlev GI, Ph.D. Batyrkanov Zh.M., in the following years the department was headed by Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Mambetov AM, Associate Professor Mirumyants A.I., Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Alimova E.T., Doctor of Economic Science, Professor Atyshov K.A., Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Kurinskikh Yu.A., Ph.D., Associate Professor Davletaliev D.A., Candidate of Economic Science, Associate Professor Murzalieva N. V. Currently the Head of the Department of “Management and Agromarketing” is Kozubekova S. J, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor. The department carries out educational, educational-methodical, scientific-research and educational work of bachelors and undergraduates, as well as training and advanced training of research staff.
Directions of the Department of “Management and Agromarketing”
Since 2012 the department has been training bachelors in the direction of “Management” with the assignment of qualification (degree) “Bachelor”.
Since 2015 at the department has been opened the Master’s program “International Management” in the direction of “Management”.
The department carries out teaching of 50 disciplines in various spheres and branches of management, providing training of bachelors and undergraduates in the direction of “Management” of the Faculty of Economics and Management, as well as in other faculties of KNAU named after K.I. Scriabin.
The teaching staff of the department developed educational and methodological complexes that provide the entire educational process for the preparation of bachelors and undergraduates in the direction of Management.
They took part in such projects, as “Erasmus Mundus CASIA”, “UNEP” project on sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan, project “TuCAHEA” on promotion of Tuning methodology for the credit system in higher education institutions of Kyrgyzstan, the project “Strengthening of the national information system, food security of the Kyrgyz Republic”, project of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic “Management of logistics of agricultural products and personnel providing branches of the agro-industrial complex “, etc..
The teachers of department published the training manuals “Foundations of Green Economy”, “Food Security and Nutrition”, training modules “Basics of Agribusiness Development”, “Social Mobilization / Foundations of Jamaat Creation”.
The tearchers were trained in the Qin-Jiang Agrarian University (China), the State University Y. Gogevashvili (Georgia), the Agrarian University in Tashkent, the University of Applied Sciences in Wageningen, (The Netherlands), the Rain-Waal University of the Applied Sciences (Germany), the KazNAU (Almaty), the Agricultural Academy K.A. Timiryazev (Moscow), at the Academy of Higher Education “Teach-Ex” (Bishkek), etc.
